Brain Foods

Walnuts and blueberries: the breakfast of champions.  These two brain foods, when combined in unison, improve overall motor and mental cognition, as well as your memory.  Walnuts, aside from being a good source of protein, are packed with omega 3-fatty acid, magnesium, and vitamin E which have been shown to lower LDL cholesterol; blueberries, on the other hand, are loaded with antioxidants, phytochemicals, and polyphenols which reduce aging, improve memory, and fights Parkinson disease.  When these two are combined together, it makes a tasty treat as well as a mental massage.  Hell, walnuts even look  like tiny brains!
